Job Description:
- Assist with event planning and logistics.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all details are covered.
- Handle catering for office events and meetings.
- Manage office locker keys and inventory.
- Help create a positive office atmosphere by supporting various initiatives.
- Organize and distribute employee gifts.
- Take and summarize meeting notes.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for business needs.
- Draft and send professional emails and communications.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven skills in organizing events, including logistics and catering.
- 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
