Job Description:
- Outdoor Sales Executive
- Working Days: 5 days' work week
- Salary: Basic + Allowance + Commission (Depending on experience)
Main Responsibilities:
- Arrange appointments through cold calling
- Grow new business opportunities by hunting for leads through cold-calling, networking and industry events
- Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into long-term clients
- Actively pursue and acquire new customers by field visits
- Ability to prospect and manage accounts within small to medium size business ranging from hawkers to restaurants
- Achieve and exceed weekly sales call target set by company
- Fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Drive and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass the company's revenue targets
- Follow up payments with customers
- Support CEO in identifying, developing and evaluating sales strategies, marketing plans, directions and growth
Requirements:
- Minimum O level/Diploma
- 3 years' experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent verbal and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-oriented service mentality
- Familiarity with food industry trends, various sales techniques and pipeline management
