Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for budgeting.
- Monitor and update manpower readiness.
- Align manpower planning and budgeting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report manpower issues and gaps to senior management.
- Develop and enforce manpower requisition guidelines and processes.
Manpower Analysis:
- Analyze current manpower and forecast future needs using statistical tools.
- Prepare and present manpower data analysis reports.
- Manage reporting requirements for the function.
HR Planning:
- Calculate manpower productivity indicators (e.g., headcount per beds-in-service, attrition rate).
- Set KPI targets based on trends and track progress.
- Collaborate with Finance on HR budget allocation and expense tracking.
Projects and Other Duties:
- Oversee and report on transition-related HR projects.
- Lead the Manpower Budgeting System Project.
- Develop project timelines and work with stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide the team.
- Participate in additional HR projects as needed.
Requirement:
- Prior Experience in Manpower Planning Management
