Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Assisting in daily administrative duties.
· Performing data entry and ensuring that all transactions are entered correctly and accurately into the system.
· Filing, maintaining and updating of administrative / maintenance / projects records.
· Administrative support including calls, faxes and mails.
· Upkeep of office premises and updating of administrative records.
· Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and “ A" Level
- Computer literate with high proficiency in MS Office.
- Bilingual with effective communications skills and ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
- 1 year of relevant experience in construction industry background would have an added advantage (HDB project preferred)
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Working hours: 5.5 days (M-F: 8:30-17:30, Saturday: 8:30 – 12:30
