This will be a 8 Months Contract role based in Singapore for a start.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full calendar management support to the stakeholders.
- Travel Coordination, manage the travel booking and planning on behalf of the assigned executives including management of foreign visa applications and approval process.
- Event and Calendar Support, scheduling and coordination of meetings, including the provision of room or venue booking, logistics and catering support for business related events.
- Overseeing expense submission reports and benefits claims in accordance to the organization's policy.
- Raising of purchase orders and other expense-related matters as required
- Managing agenda and content for key rhythm-of-the-business meetings: weekly meetings, all-hands.
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of EA experience supporting 1 calendar and the wider team for general administrative tasks.
- Forward thinker and responsive to immediate actions with experience in supporting leaders at a regional / global level.
- Prior experience in guiding junior administrators would be an added advantage
