Key responsibilities
- Work efficiently with other practical nurses and nursing assistants in the ward.
- Performing in venepuncture, cannulation, and phlebotomy.
- Support and educate to the patient’s family, answering questions and giving vital instructions on how to care for the patient.
- Ensuring the proper functions of feeding tubes, ventilators, catheters and other life support equipments.
- Assisting doctors in providing physical assessments and administering treatments and monitoring vital signs of patients.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board with 2 years working experience (specialty disciplines such as Nursing Home, Delivery Suite, Operating Theatre, NICU).
- IT Savy
- Able to work 6 days, rotated shift hours (3 rotating shifts)
- Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
