Responsibilities
- Support the Supply Chain BCA process within designated regions
- Write BCA summaries to ensure that the risks and rewards of the project have been appropriately assessed and represented
- To make recommendations on whether the proposed BCA should be Approved, Rejected or Deferred to the regional PRBs
- Maintain the BCA database (ensure all necessary approvals for a BCA are in place, project pipeline is up to date, access rights implemented, etc.)
- Build effective business partnerships with Regional project teams and the wider Investment Controlling team.
- Ensure alignment to, and support governance of, strategic initiatives that are intrinsically linked to Investment Controlling processes
- Actively participate in transfer of knowledge, lessons learned and best practice across regions. Driving continuous improvement within the function and business
Requirements
- Ability to drive and align to strategy
- Ability to work effectively with senior management
- Ability to work across cultures, regions and functions
- Finance and Controlling background (desirable)
- Supply Chain experience and knowledge of the operations (preferable)
- Experience with customer negotiations an experience in a number of Sectors, Products or countries would be beneficial
