Responsibilities

  • Support the Supply Chain BCA process within designated regions
  • Write BCA summaries to ensure that the risks and rewards of the project have been appropriately assessed and represented
  • To make recommendations on whether the proposed BCA should be Approved, Rejected or Deferred to the regional PRBs
  • Maintain the BCA database (ensure all necessary approvals for a BCA are in place, project pipeline is up to date, access rights implemented, etc.)
  • Build effective business partnerships with Regional project teams and the wider Investment Controlling team.
  • Ensure alignment to, and support governance of, strategic initiatives that are intrinsically linked to Investment Controlling processes
  • Actively participate in transfer of knowledge, lessons learned and best practice across regions. Driving continuous improvement within the function and business

Requirements

  • Ability to drive and align to strategy
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management
  • Ability to work across cultures, regions and functions
  • Finance and Controlling background (desirable)
  • Supply Chain experience and knowledge of the operations (preferable)
  • Experience with customer negotiations an experience in a number of Sectors, Products or countries would be beneficial
