The Job:
- Map out standardized operating procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in the process and procedures and collaborate with the Retail Operations & Services Director to refine and enhance these processes.
- Provide regular updates to the Retail Operations & Service Director on the status of process mapping, highlighting risks, challenges, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, store readiness, and post opening performance metrics
- Provide support to ensure key value drops and deliverables to run the business for existing fleet are on time and in full to enhance consumer retention & boost returning store traffic
The Requirements:
- Min Degree with 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersponal skills
