Job Scope:
(i) Administrative and logistical support, e.g. scheduling meetings and coordinating with stakeholders.
(ii) Help manage public queries, including use of branding/logos.
(iii) Assist on managing the National Symbols inbox.
(iv) Any other related duties that may be assigned by Supervisor or the team.
Work Requirements:
- Ability to work independently based on prescribed approach to handle tasks and reply queries; basic
proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Educational Level: Diploma
Working Hours:
Mon – Thu: 9.00am to 6.30pm
Fri: 9.00 to 6.00pm
Salary: $2700/Month
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Working Location: Near Clarke Quay
