Job Description
- Manage day-to-day IT system access operation request fulfilments and incidents within set SLAs
- Undertake access-related clean-up ad-hoc projects
- Liaise and engage business stakeholders as part of the service level management function
- Ensure high quality and reliable support of daily processing needs with scalability and cost optimization
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support delivery on projects/key initiatives of the organisation
- Close collaboration with internal partners, external providers and relevant departments on system and workflow improvements
- Work with the relevant teams in fulfilment of regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external related audits with the responsibility to negotiate, align, remediate and close items timely and effectively
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree
- Atleast 7 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of basic Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and operations (e.g., Joiner, Mover Leaver (JML), Recertification, Role-based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties)
- Operator knowledge of identity and access solutions/toolsets (e.g., Active Directory, IDM) and banking applications/systems
- Documentation, records retention and management of audit artefacts experience
- Data Analysis, Insights and Reporting using MS Excel and Pivots
- Meeting SLAs, balancing BAU responsibilities with project commitments within a fast-paced environment and deadlines
