Job Responsibility
- Knowledge of DfMA MEP Services Module preparation, Manufacturing and Installation.
- Experience in M&E Coordination with 5 years experience in the field.
- Well versed Knowledge of M&E services.
- STAS -Prefabricated Modular MEP Design Fabrication /Safe Installation of Prefabricated MEP Module.
- Preparation of measurement sheets of DfMA Module and assists in quantity take-off as required.
- Liaise with the M&E Team to capture the changes and VO.
- Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparation of payments advice and review then certify claim
- Prepare and Submit the Progress Claim to the Main contractor / Client and Subcon Payments certification.
- Provides advice on contractual claims, VO or other contractual matters.
- To provide estimate, computations & work on contractual/technical.
- Project Administrative Matters
- Other duties assigned by the Superior
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Required
- Diploma or equivalent / Degree or equivalent
- DFMA Certification is an add advantage.
- Able to use Revit / Navis works and AutoCAD to identify the DFMA
- Module Configurate
- Minimal experience are welcome to apply
- 5.5 days - 8am to 5pm / 8am to 12pm
