- Responsible for effective implementation and successful completion of building projects undertaken by the company within schedule, cost and quality.
- Liaise Closely with Main contractor, Sub Contractor; set guildlines and provide expertise and supervision to the team. Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resource and enhance cost effectiveness.Manage, monitor and regulate the schedule and quality of performance of sub-contractors.
- In-charge all the construction matters, integration of programs, scheduling and planing of manpower, materials and sequence of works.
- Others Job Assigned by Company Management.
Requirements and skills
· Diploma or above in Civil / Construction Engineering and any others equivalent certification.
· Minimum 10 years relavant experience in managinh wide-range of projects.
· Well-versed in constractual terms, conditions and obligations.
· Strong construction background to discuss and advise technical matters with Main and Sub Contractors.
· Excellent Communication skills and highly organized, driven adn conscientious.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
