Key Responsibilities:
· Digital Transformation: Apply user research techniques to develop personas and identify gaps for potential digital solutions; research on digital solutions in the market that you can recommend for implementation; provide training and support on the use of digital tools
· Data Strategy: Identify data stakeholders and define roles and responsibilities to cover the entire data lifecycle; plan and implement initiatives to strengthen data culture; establish the data governance framework to address data quality, security, usage and compliance; develop data architecture and infrastructure to support the data strategy
· O&S for Pre-School Attendance System: Trigger system-generated reminders to pre-school operators to submit attendance data; provide troubleshooting assistance to users; work with system vendor to address system-related issues or enhancements; work with internal and external stakeholders on strategies to ensure accuracy of data collected, optimise processes and outcomes
Competencies
· You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Information Technology or Data related field, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. Project management and design thinking skills are an added advantage.
· You should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
· You should also be forward-looking, with a keen ability to grasp, create, and communicate concepts.
· You must also have strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
