- Assist Engineering and Property Manager in daily operational works.
- Assist on all reports as requested by Client.
- Assist to analyse daily reports, equipment health check reports including BMS, Fire alarm and other services.
- Ensure timely services reports submission/collation, scrutinize findings, follow up action, timely/proper execution.
- Responsible in handling all projects upgrading and fitting out matters from tender documents, scheduling and supervision to completion.
- Liaise with Singtel users and customers.
- Responsible for all building services operations.
- Monitor and control Annual Budget OPEX/CAPEX.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Real Estate Management / Building Services.
- Other qualifications which are deemed suitable and with relevant working experience, subject to Client's approval at its sole discretion.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in similar Facilities and competent to handle up to LT switching, FM200, VESDA. CRAU, BMS.
- Strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Able to start witihin short notice period.
