Job Scope:
1. Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies and promotions to increase revenue
3. Conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and training to sales staff
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and optometrists
5. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor activity
6. Analyzing sales data and reporting on sales performance and market trends
7. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any customer complaints
8. Collaborating with the store manager to achieve overall business objectives
9. Ensuring the sales team is aware of and adheres to company policies ad procedures
10. Developing and managing sales budgets and forecasts
