Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Actively promote and sell lash services (e.g., lash extensions, lash lifts, and tints) and products to clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and studio sales targets by understanding and anticipating client needs.
- Conduct in-person consultations with clients to recommend the best lash styles, services, and products tailored to their preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the studio until they leave.
- Follow up with clients after their appointments to ensure satisfaction and encourage future bookings.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all lash products and services offered by the studio.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of different lash styles, products, and aftercare routines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the lash and beauty industry.
- Promote seasonal or special offers and loyalty programs to clients.
Marketing and Brand Representation:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events to boost studio visibility and client engagement.
- Represent the studio at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media content and promotional materials.
Administrative and Reporting Duties:
- Accurately maintain client records, including appointment details, sales transactions, and client preferences.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the Studio Manager regularly, highlighting performance metrics and potential growth opportunities.
- Assist in managing the studio’s booking system to optimize client scheduling and reduce downtime.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the Studio Manager and lash technicians to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies, share client feedback, and develop action plans.
- Provide support to team members during peak hours or special events.
