Inventory Planner
9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break
Job Description
1. Analysing factory capacity and customer demand of each subsidiary in Asia Pacific to create accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plan.
2. Issuing purchase orders and liaise with factories and forwarders on stock replenishment and shipping plan.
3. Execute allocation strategies (order to factory or pick from stock) to ensure optimised inventory in each subsidiary.
4. Production order prioritisation for selected products
5. Checking subsidiary orders against adherence to forecast and inventory policies.
6. Communicating between factories and subsidiaries about pricing changes and upkeep price lists.
7. SAP master data management such as set up of price and item code
