Responsibilities:
• Oversee interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring design expectations are met.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Handle design revisions and project challenges.
• Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven as an interior design project manager with minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in related fields.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of concept design principles, space planning, and
construction processes etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership skills and good team player.
• Proficiency in AutoCad or any related software is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
