Purchasing Admin - Promenade // $3.8k - Hybrid (6 months contract) - Immediate [YL]

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Address procurement related questions with internal stakeholders on procurement process, forms, etc.
  • Review Purchase Request, procurement related documents, and appropriate approvals are in place to submit for review/approval.
  • Release Purchase Requisition and creating Purchase Order using SAP.
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders for documents required for purchase.
  • Support any administrative task related to procurement department.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Must have SAP and Ariba experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
