Role Overview
This is a 360 recruitment role where you'll be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying top-tier candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
Job Description
- Identify and target potential clients
- Sourcing, screening and selected qualified candidates to meet clients' staffing needs
- Posting job openings, conducting interviews, checking references and collaborating with hiring managers
- Stay informed about industry trends, build a network of potential candidates and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment process
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE "N/O" Level
- Proven experience in a business development or recruitment role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive and self-driven attitude
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices
- Managing relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experiences is essential
- Excellent telephone manner, confident and comfortable on the phone
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volumes of work
- Previous experience of screening candidates in a recruitment environment
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- Certificate of Intermediaries (CEI) is required to conduct EA work
