- Analyze customer profiles, segmentation, and transactional behaviour to understand pain points and opportunities.
Enhance Local Payment Customer Journey
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline employee workflows in digital local payments.
- Leverage internal data to identify opportunities to increase digital local payment adoption.
Drive Digital Initiatives in Local Payments and Transfer
- Partner with Tech & Business teams and stakeholders to develop digital initiatives for Local Payments.
- Utilize market data to propose enhancement recommendations.
- Support post-implementation tasks, including user training, troubleshooting production issues, Live verification and escalation.
