Summary:

The Associate Producer will play a key role in supporting the production of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills and a passion for creative solutions. The Associate Producer will work closely with senior producers, creative teams, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects.
  • Work closely with the Account Managers and Senior Producers to develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Support the development of creative concepts and proposals in response to client briefs.
  • Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and contracts.
  • Assist in on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather client feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in event production, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
