We're seeking a talented Bioprocess Data Engineer to establish the framework and systems for bioprocess data in a greenfield facility. As a Bioprocess Data Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between digital infrastructure and process engineers, creating a user-friendly interface for data comparison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a bioprocess data framework and system.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, manage, visualize, and analyze bioprocess data.
- Translate process data into actionable insights for process engineers.
- Contribute to the improvement of process monitoring and control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Strong data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of data historian systems (e.g., Aspen IP21, AVEVA PI)
- Experience in a cGMP biopharmaceutical facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning libraries
