Job Description
1. As a Manager LNG Marketing, in cooperation with the GM of the organization, contribute to the development of the overall LNG Marketing & Shipping strategy.
2. Maintain and enhance customer relationship with the existing LNG Buyers of the company, in close consultation with the GM and other team members. Especially, keep close communication with the existing LNG Buyers to maintain the strong relationship of trust by providing necessary project update in a reasonably frequent manner.
3. Contribute to maximization of the value of the Company's LNG portfolio by pursuing any possible sales opportunities, including negotiation and execution of Master Sales and Purchase Agreement (MSPA), short term/mid-long term SPA, etc.
4. Lead the development of the Implementtation Procedure with the existing Buyer as well as Annual Delivery Program (ADP) management system, in close cooperation with Shipping team and Logistics team.
5. Contribute to the development and optimization of the Shipping strategy of the Company, by working closely with the Shipping team as well as providing necessary and adequate inputs of marketing related information to them.
Job Requirements
1. Have work experience of LNG Marketing including custumer relationship with Japanese LNG buyers more than 10 years.
2. Have the skill of analysis/negotiation of LNG related legal documents, especially the LNG SPA, Implementation Procedure as well as Time Charter Party.
3. Have work experience of serving as a Company Representative for Joint Venture Committee meeting of LNG projects.
4. Must have the skill of speaking and writing fluent English and Japanese. Must have the ability to serve as an Interpreter of English/Japanese negotiation. Have deep culture knowledge of Japan.
