Inspector (Trainee)
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in relevant area
- Strong communication skill
- Able to interact with all level of staff
- PC literate
Key Responsibilities
- To conduct NDE services (MT)
- To conduct NDE services (Eddy Current)
- To provide technical assistance / guidance to other inspectors
- Respond to technical queries either by client / in-house in relation to lifting equipment, load-testing and inspection services
- To lead team in project specific work
- To be main liaison with person-in-charge at customer premises
- To be liaison with classification surveyor
- To prepare specific job safety analysis for project specific work
- To prepare and issue reports for all related inspection work
- To prepare work procedure for project specific work
- To provide technical analysis to inspection related work / results
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Working hours:
5.5-day work week. Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5.30pm; Saturday: 8.30am to 12pm
