a) Define and implement technical, strategy, direction and policies
b) Lead the technical team to manage system and software development projects
c) Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
d) Develop Technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
e) Ensure that latest technologies and software are used to provide business solutions
f) Identify and implement technology trends that will be able to support the future success of the business
g) Ensure company technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner
h) Ensure the company’s technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws and regulations.
i) Assisting with training and recruitment of new staff members.
j) Addressing performance issues and scheduling meetings when required
k) Streamlining processes so that the business operates at maximum efficiency
l) Manage technical resources, including equipment, hardware and software
m) Assisting in ISO 9002 and 45001 implementations.
