Job Responsibilities:
- Attend technician daily briefing and reply by WhatsApp for sharing and learning purpose.
- Enter and update data into different computer database, manage and maintain effective record keeping based on ISPL standard.
- Process test certificate according to ISPL standard.
- Prepare service agreement and email to customer.
- Follow up on service agreement with customer after sending proposals.
- Process confirmed service agreement.
- Process work reports with daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist with quotations to customers as and when required.
- Maintain document filing and create new file if required.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly tracking & monitoring reports to management for our continuous improvement.
- Answering incoming calls from internal and external.
- Email correspondence with internal & external parties.
- Any other assignments by the Management from time to time.
