Job Description & Requirements
- Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work；
- Provide regular reports to the Project manager/Site Manager on the progress of structural/architectural works in assigned projects；
- Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site；
- Coordinate & supervise architectural works carried out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations；
- Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors；
- Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works；
- Assist in handling technical and engineering problems on site；
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site；
- Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work；
- Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk；
- Managing worker teams and delegating tasks to meet construction goals；
- Monitoring safety hazards；
- Enforcing safety policies that may impact project deadlines；
- Providing assistance in health and safety compliance of workers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of working experiences in construction industry and minimum 3 private condominiums experiences as site supervisor in construction industry of Singapore.
- Able to communicate with Chinese workers/sub-con/engineers directly.
