Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors
- Attend to queries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
- Assist in customer loyalty programmes and redemption of reward programmes
- Play an active role during promotions and marketing campaigns
- Any other duties as assign by the Centre Management Office.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with 1 year experience in retail or hospitality industry in a customer service role
- Familiar with MS Office- Word and Excel
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and service oriented
- Able to work on shifts (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
