Responsibilities:
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for Machines (Ella) installations and maintenance.
- Installation and Configuration: Install and configure Ella at client locations, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- Customer Training: Train clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of our products or systems.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting procedures, and user manuals.
- Remote Support: Offer remote assistance to clients when necessary, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that installations and repairs meet company standards and client expectations.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback and insights to the product development and engineering teams to drive product improvement.
- Travel: Travel to client sites as required to fulfill job responsibilities, with the ability to adapt to different work environments and locations.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working on-site, prioritizing safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in field engineering or a related technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
