Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
- Effective instruction and management of sites cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas.
- Coordinate, assign and manage tasks/works given
- Plan and delivery schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
- Oversee the servicing and maintenanance of cleaning equipment
- Able to work night shifts and on weekends, public holidays
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities management or other discipline
- At least 2-3 years' experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
- Proficient in microsoft office
- Strong analytic and good persuasion skills
- Excellent time management
- Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
