- Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and repair defined plant equipment to maximize plant availability and minimize production disruptions.
- Safety and Housekeeping: Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and maintain good housekeeping standards.
- Implementation Activities: Execute minor plant modifications and capital projects in line with defined specifications and budget.
- Quality Responsibility: Take personal responsibility for quality in all maintenance work impacting product quality.
- Improvement Projects: Initiate, encourage, and implement projects to reduce overall costs and improve cost-effectiveness, such as improving equipment reliability and standardization.
- Technical Advice: Provide timely technical advice to other departments for troubleshooting and continuous process/system improvements.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor/ Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Has prior experience in maintenance and repair of plant equipment
- Good understanding of Standard Engineering Practice, GMP guide and relevant maintenance standards.
- Good knowledge in maintenance and operating principles of production and utility equipment.
- Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System.
