Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, invoicing and record keeping etc.
- Assist in processing orders and managing invoices and payment.
- Calls taking & serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Perform other duties as per assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Able to converse in English & Mandarin
- Familar with MS office / Excel
- Meticulous & able to work independently. Training will be given.
