- Location: Jurong Island, Company Transport Provided at Designated Point
- Remuneration Package:Up to $3,500 + Fixed Allowances of $280

- Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Check and confirm that materials received meet specifications and requirements.
- Supervision: Oversee contractors in properly storing received materials and ensure accurate physical counts.
- Data Management: Input daily consumption and receiving quantities into the PC; perform weekly physical counts to ensure accuracy.
- Scheduling & Monitoring: Plan and oversee routine work for contractors and monitor progress to ensure efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and arrange tasks for Production Assistants, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Warehouse Management: Maintain and organize the storage warehouse, including equipment upkeep (e.g., hand pallet trucks, trolleys, vacuum cleaners).
- Inventory Control: Conduct weekly physical counts of raw materials to ensure availability for production.
- Reporting: Compile monthly stock balance reports and generate monthly auxiliary material reports. Compute catalyst, chemical, and additive consumption for monthly section reports.
Requirements:
- Education: GCE ‘O’ Level or NITEC (NTC 2) in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of process operation experience in chemical industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in using computers for administrative tasks, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Attributes: Must be a team player with initiative, drive, and excellent communication skills.
