We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Point-of-Sales (POS) Deployment Engineer to join our team. The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and training of POS systems across various locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and configure the software and equipment to meet clients' requirements.
- Perform POS training for clients onsite or remotely.
- Review POS performance against client requirements so as to provide an optimal product.
- Assist the Sales team with POS demonstrations for both prospective and existing clients as required.
- Ensure training materials are fully compliant and updated.
- Address customers' queries in a timely fashion.
- Assist the Deployment Lead/Senior Operations Manager on any other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Nitec/HiNitec/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Electric/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, IT Support, SQL Knowledge
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
