- To support the QA in completing the assigned tasks.
- Duties linked with quality control of Equipment Management such as Daily QC, scheduling Preventive Maintenance and Calibration, Updating Master Equipment list, various Equipment files, maintaining records etc.
- Duties linked with Materials Management-Inventory and Storage management such as perform QC before use, QCR preparation, Item Inventory sheet.
- Ensure (Monitoring & Data management) that all schedule QC activities are in place as per CSG/RCT SOPs.
- Responsible for procurement of reagents and materials such as receiving of materials, monthly stock take, Monthly Inventory verification with Accounting person, generate reagents and consumables OPEX forms, Liaising with vendors for quotation, invoice and follow-up for materialsdelivery.
- QC performance and monitoring as per Regulatory Standards.
- Performing validation study as per validation plan as needed.
- Preparedness for audits, compilation of IQC and EQAS and proficiency testing records.
- Perform all functions as described in CSG/RCT Lab Technologist job description as needed.
