Responsibilities:
1) Order Handling
A) Enter new PO in JDE
B) Place orders:
- Local Depot - Send instructions to depots, independent inspectors, transport companies and / or other suppliers (drum etc)
- Antwerp Depot - Send via EDI (Scotty) and ensure the EDI went through
C) Follow up with Transporters / Depot on vessel confirmation.
D) Follow up with loading and send updates to customers
E) Invoice order and prepare shipping documents to customers.
2) Accounts Receivables
A) Monitor and send SOA to customers
3) Miscellaneous
A) Prepares quotations to customers on behalf of the Sales Managers based on the selling price quoted by the Sales Managers.
B) Any other jobs assigned by mangers / directors.
Period:
Perm Part Time
Salary:
- $12 to $16 per hour
Working hours:
- 0900 – 1700 (2 to 3 weekdays a week. Minimum 2 days)
Location:
- North Buona Vista Link (Near Commonwealth MRT)
Requirements:
- GCE ”O” Level and above
- Prior customer service experience will be advantageous
- Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
- Team player who is task-orientated
- Possess good customer service skills
