Key Responsibilities:
Training Analysis
- Conduct training needs analysis for affiliates, focusing on Applied Product/System & Control Solutions.
- Collaborate closely with affiliates and partners to understand their training needs and propose constructive improvements.
Training Management
- Oversee training management, particularly for Applied Product/System & Control Solution training programs.
Learning Management System (LMS)
- Study, plan, and develop the LMS to enhance functionality.
- Simplify the LMS to create a seamless user experience.
- Implement feasible functions tailored to our training needs.
Additional Duties
- Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in LMS systems.
- Technical knowledge/background in Applied Product, HVAC, or Control is advantageous.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel to ASEAN Oceania countries.
