Job Scope:
- Design and edit content of training materials, playbooks and toolkits for Agile and Product workshops and trainings, SharePoint Teamsites and webpages
- Propose the suitable information architecture and user-friendly flow for Teamsites or webpages
- Test the content created and follow up on the usability of the content produced to gather user feedback for implementing improvements
- Analyse data from usage and interaction to draw insights and make suggestions for improvement
- Present ideas and conduct demos of prototypes and actual developed materials
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in technical writing, content creation, teaching assistance or equivalent that requires creating guidance or playbooks, in a technical topic or domain, or experience in a technical role.
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- Experienced in MS Office Tool Suite, like MS Word, MS Excel
- Experienced in content creation and use of webparts, creating automated workflows in MS SharePoint Team sites
- Knowledge of creating websites and related programming languages is preferred
- Exposure to technical writing in an engineering, innovation or creative area of work is preferred
