- Oversee the day to day operations of the housekeeping.
- Oversee the requirements and needs for banquet events relating to housekeeping.
- Work with the Housekeeping Executive to allocate work assignments on a daily basis and ensure optimum cleanliness and service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of all premises including back of the house areas.
- Supervise and check Facility Assistant work assignment and work areas. Assist when necessary.
- Conduct training for existing and newly recruited employees.
- Evaluate Facility Attendant performance and up recommendations to Housekeeping Executive and Manager.
- Ensure Facility Attendants are properly attired and groomed in accordance to the Club standards and guidelines.
- Conduct daily briefing with the Facility Attendants.
- Daily routine walk through and inspections. Identify and detect defects and follow up with quick rectification.
- Work closely with maintenance team for defect rectifications.
- Maintain inventory and conduct weekly stock check.
- Conduct and review risk assessment.
- Conduct daily briefings for the team.
- Plan the Facility Assistants schedules and manage employee days off and leave planning.
- Plan and execute supply requisitions.
- Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Clubhouse, F&B outlets, Function Rooms, Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, Admin Offices.
- Maintain par stock of guest supplies and toiletries, cleaning supplies, uniform etc.
- Organize pest control and eradication activities with pest vendor.
- Supervise internal pest control measures and ensure routine control schedules executed, ensuring consistency.
- Conduct and supervise weekly periodic inspection schedules relating to pest control.
- Assist purchasing department in selecting suppliers for items related to housekeeping.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
