Our client is an A1 main con construction company in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate / generate Architectural co-ordination drawings.
- Coordinate all Architectural services with other trades on site.
- Co-ordination with Architectural subcontractors on their work and the builder's work.
- Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by Architectural subcontractors.
- Coordinate and arrange for necessary inspections.
- Co-ordinate the deployment and storage of Architectural materials, plant and equipment brought in by the Architectural subcontractors.
- Co-ordinate and arrange for handover of all replacements parts, warranties, operating manuals and maintenance tools and equipment.
- Contract administration of Architectural subcontracts.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Related Industry
- Min. Experience: 3 Years Experience in Related Industry
