Job Description:
- Manage and deploy patches for Windows systems using tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Workspace ONE.
- Monitor and assess the impact of patches on system performance and security.
- Develop and maintain patch management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various teams to schedule and implement patches with minimal disruption to operations.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with patch management policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to patch deployment.
- Maintain documentation of patch management activities and system configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities to ensure proactive patch management.
Application Packing and deployment:
- Package and deploy commercially available applications (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) and in-house developed applications.
- Utilize tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Workspace ONE for application packaging and deployment.
- Test and validate application packages to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications.
- Maintain an inventory of packaged applications and deployment schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application packaging and deployment.
Reporting and Excel Skills:
- Collate data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for management.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
