Job Scope:
- Plan strategic merchandise launches and promotions, including developing pricing strategies.
- Place product orders and create face control MAPs.
- Coordinate with Japan to ensure timely stock deliveries.
- Perform sales forecasting, manage budgets, and prepare sales performance analysis reports.
- Implement promotion strategies, seasonal transitions, and product launches.
- Optimize fast-selling items by adjusting orders and ensuring early deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Store Operations Team on stock levels, aged merchandise, and propose improvement plans.
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising Team on product displays.
- Oversee inventory control to minimize stock holding costs.
- Prepare merchandising reports and forecasts to align with department purchasing goals.
- Analyze and prepare weekly and periodic reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Merchandising/ Fashion/ Business or equivalent
- Candidate with related experiences from Fashion / Retail or related experiences are welcome to apply
