Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Technical Support Officer located in MacPherson. Our client processes fare transactions and provides transit ticketing services such as top-ups and you will be responsible for providing first-level support to users of equipment at transit service centres, monitoring, investigating, and fixing equipment-related issues. The position also requires performing preventive maintenance and hardware modifications on transit system equipment. Installing software updates to meet new operational requirements and setting up cabling for network routers and switches at designated locations are essential tasks. Additionally, replacing faulty lighting at transit service centres and supporting sprucing exercises are part of the role. The job also demands adherence to the company's personal data protection, security, and other policies, including managing the use of computer systems, networks, and password security.
Qualifications:
- Nitec in Engineering or any other relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel).
- Possesses high accuracy in processing information.
- Entry level are welcome
