Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange logistics, such as catering, transport, venue booking etc for meetings, events, and company functions
- Collate and submit finance documents to process payments
- Review and process applications accurately
- Manage Learning Management System for courses
- Assist to manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Liaise with stakeholders for exam processing matters
- Collate and create assessments in the internal systems
- Budgeting for new intake exams and programmes
- Co-lead the programme
- Handle general enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Facilitate course workshops or lectures, whether in-person or virtual
- Support examinations and courses during office and non-office hours by performing tasks such as invigilation and ushering
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Diploma, preferably with experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams are preferred
- Able to join immediately
- Able to work during office and non-office hours (compensation off-in-lieu provided)
