Job description
- Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling.
- Prepare all the necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedure
- Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
- Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in Plato system.
- Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.
- Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management(purchase order entry)
- Assist in maintaining quality service standards.
- Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, WhatsApp, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu etc)
- Teamwork with Manager and therapists.
- Other duties assigned by the doctor and supervisor as required.

Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
