Position: Import / Export Logistics Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Conversant in Bahasa, Mandarin, and English (necessary to liaise with Indonesia and China customers).
- Maintaining communication with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
- Handling shipping documentation and resolving any related issues.
- Ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a GCE 'O' Level/Diploma in administration, business management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Positive work attitude, strong sense of urgency and responsibility, and ability to work well within a team.
