We are a leading banking company worldwide and seeking an experienced Telemarketer with a experience in B2C/ B2B sales to join our team on Part-Time basis.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales through telephone communications.
Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct outbound B2C/ B2B calls to prospective clients and existing business accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
- Present and promote our products/services effectively, addressing client needs and objections.
- Support daily operation and administrative duties, such as sending appointment details to sales representatives.
- Follow through touch points of the call process.
- Tracking and maintaining records of calls progress and outcome
- Assists in planning and executing corporate events when necessary.
- Any other operational duties as assigned.
Required:
• Minimum 'O' levels
• Fluent in spoken English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner
• Previous experience in B2C/ B2B telemarketing or sales is a MUST.
