Role Purpose:
Under the supervision and guidance of the retail management team, performs within in limits established by BFL Group’s policies and procedures. He/ She is responsible to attract customer’s by creating and updating window and in-store displays in shops with the aim of promoting goods in order to maximize sales and ensure that the company’s style and image is brought to the attention of the customers.
As well as, He/ She is accountable to use the creativity to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, counters, mannequin and all displays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the direct supervision of the General Manager ensure that product of item in the window & in-store displays are well presented to catch the attention of the customer and thereby promoting sales and revenue for the outlet.
- Create, re-design, developing floor plans and sketching designs, move displays, make changes to the visual displays as required to create more positive impact.
- Sourcing materials & display elements, such as lighting, props & accessories to increase the impact on the product
- Create & re-design visual displays depending on seasons of the year, current fashions and trends and sales and promotions.
- Modifying shelves, dressing up mannequins and altering fixtures if required to enhance the display of items or products in the outlet.
- Checks product stock if adequate to meet the customer’s needs. Reports to the General Manager Merchandiser for any over-stocked items based on the standards set for each outlet.
- Ensures that the stock room is clean and items are properly stocked for easy access and pulling out of items.
- Checks and ensures the outlet’s lighting, shelves, & other fixtures are clean and organized.
- Reports broken fixtures seen to the Shop Manager for maintenance.
- Attend meetings and trainings required by management.
- Providing efficient customer service and communicating clearly & objectively both verbally and in writing.
- Organizing with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent judgment, wisdom, common sense and initiative.
- Thoroughly carrying out oral and written instructions.
- Using patience, tact and courtesy in dealing with public; working harmoniously with department personnel; and following verbal instructions with minimum supervision.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including local government officials, community groups and the general public; and applying safe work practices.

- Maintain professional interaction with customers

- Notify the security of any inconsistencies in the security of the outlet
- Ensure that any and all information & documents of the company are held in full secrecy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2 to 4 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Fluency in English language
