Senior/ Electrical Hardware Design Engineer
Job Info:
- Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 (Depend on the experiences)
- AWS + VB + PB

- 5 Days, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
Job Description:
- Develop electrical engineering design for semiconductor backend machines
- Create electrical drawings, bill of materials, and other design documents, and maintain design history
- Collaborate and interface with other functional teams (mechanical design, process, software, manufacturing, and purchasing, etc.) to achieve project goals
- Participate in new product development and support existing products for continuous improvements
- Support new product transfer from R&D to product teams
- Conduct testing and analysis using engineering instruments
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant qualifications
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology and skills
- Familiar with any electrical CAD software package
- Good team player who can work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Hands-on experience in electrical system or subsystem design will be a plus
- Knowledge in motion control systems will be a plus
